What “verified” means here, item by item

Everyone says verified. Verified by whom, checking what? This is the exact list a K-Warrior runs in every home before you pay — what is measured, how, and what happens to your money if the report turns out wrong. It has a name and a version so it can be cited, compared and held against us.

The 18 items

A home fails if any item marked FAIL fails. Failed homes are never offered. Items marked note are recorded and shown to you, not judged.

What this standard is not

Not a building inspection or a legal review of the lease
Not a promise about the neighbours, the weather or the landlord’s mood
Not applied to Indexed homes — those are listed on a Korean platform and re-checked by software, not visited. You can only pay for an Operator-Verified home

What the standard is worth: the refund that follows it

Report differs from the home by more than 10%, wrong unit, listed appliance missing, or “private” that turns out shared — full refund including our fee, and a free re-placement.
Not confirmed within 14 days — full refund including our fee.
Confirmed, but you cannot move in on the day — hotel at ₩150,000 per night for up to 3 nights, full fee refund, free re-placement.
Emergency (locked out, no heating in winter, no water, a leak) — a person within 60 minutes, 24 hours a day. If we miss it, that night’s hotel is on us.
