Monthly rent · Seoul

Renting monthly in Seoul when you are not Korean.

No guarantor, no residence card, no Korean bank account — and a contract you can actually read.

Why the normal route fails

Almost every lease in Seoul goes through a licensed agent, on a Korean standard-form contract, with a deposit of ten to twenty times the monthly rent. Many agents will ask for a Korean guarantor or a registration number you do not have yet. None of that is hostility — the system was not built with you in it.
